The Simpsons is a well known tv show that is watched by many people and is an animated and comedy show. This tv show is about a family of 5, the characters are Homer, Marge, Lisa, Bart, and Maggie Simpson. They also have a pet cat and a pet dog that aren't shown all the time in the show. They live in a town called Springfield and every new show brings laughter to the viewers. Mostly all of the characters in this show are yellow like them and have complicated lives and tasks to overcome. Homer is the Dad, Marge is the wife, Bart is the oldest and only son and then comes Lisa, the second oldest, and the youngest is Maggie. Every episode the whole family goes through either seperate problems or through problems as a family.
This tv show is not really meant for little kids because there are some inapropriate things in this show and there are a lot of jokes said that kids shouldn't learn , but this show is hilarious. The Simpsons are a crazy and wierd family and Homer, the dad, does the dumbest things and so does his son Bart. The ladies on the other hand are smarter and more calm than Bart and Homer. They have a next door neighbor that acts more religious than the Simpsons and they are more friendly than them too. Whenever there is a problem for Bart he just does whatever he thinks is good to do but every time he tries to solve a problem, he causes another one. The show is mainly about Homer and all the dumb things he does and his daughter Lisa is the smart child and acts more mature than Bart and Homer. And Marge and Maggie are more friendly than Homer and Bart. Homer and Bart aren't mean but they say things without thinking and sometimes hurt others feelings not on purpose unless it's someone they don't like.
